Kuya Jerry, a street beggar reveals earning P45K a month from begging money
BIGTIME BEGGAR? – A street beggar revealed that he’s earning P1500 a day or P45K a month by begging money from strangers or panglilimos.
Begging is the act of asking for money or other resources from strangers. Speaking of which, a street beggar named Kuya Jerry revealed that he earns approximately P1500 per day or P45K per month by begging money from strangers.
Kuya Jerry, a native of Cebu, said that it was in the year 2020 when he resigned from his job in Makati. He added that when he lost his job, nothing was left to him including his condo unit. Then, he decided to become a “scavenger”, asking “limos” from strangers.
When asked how much does he earn from begging, he revealed P1500 a day. The person interviewing him jokingly replied: “Oy manglilimos na din kaya ako.” Kuya Jerry told her that none would give her money because she’s beautiful.

What amazed the interviewer the most was learning that the aforementioned street beggar is staying at the hotel and paying P570 per day. According to him, he was able to earn P1500 per day by asking strangers for money from morning until night.
