Skusta Clee throws shade at Ava Mendez amid their breakup
SKUSTA CLEE – The rapper took to social media wherein he posted some photos of him amid his breakup with Ava Mendez.
In December of the previous year, rumors began circulating about the possible romantic involvement of the two individuals. The speculation initially arose after they shared some pictures of themselves together on social media.
As time progressed, the duo eventually confirmed that they were indeed in a relationship, using an Instagram post to make their announcement. At one point, there were also rumors that the couple was engaged, but the actress later clarified that this was not the case, and that they had simply been playing a game called Pinoy Henyo.
However, in the virtual press conference of the Vivamax film “Domme”, the actress confirmed that she’s now single. In fact, director Roman Perez, Jr. said: “Single siya ngayon. Kaya mas nakakapag-isip niya nang maayos.”
Ava Mendez, for her part, said: “Yes. Single ako. At mas gusto ko ng rap in English. Basta walang nangyari sa amin, wala naman akong naramdamang kahit ano!.”
Whiel Skusta Clee has yet to speak on his breakup with Ava Mendez, he earlier went to social networking site, Facebook wherein he posted some photos of him. Netizens were quick to noticed the name of Ava in his caption. “Hava nays dey,” he noted.

Meanwhile, Ava, an actress for Vivamax, has starred in several daring films such as The Escort Wife, Purificacion, Eva, Ang Babaeng Nawawala sa Sarili, and Crush kong Curly, among others. While Skusta, whose real name is Daryl Ruiz, is a part of the Filipino rap ensemble Ex Battalion that popularized the song “Hayaan Mo Sila.” He previously dated Zeinab Harake.
