Parcels of Shopee rider stolen by two men
STOLEN PARCELS – Netizens were enraged after two men stole package to be delivered by a Shopee delivery rider.
Delivery riders have become an integral part of our daily lives, especially during the pandemic when most of us stayed indoors. They are the unsung heroes who brave the streets and deliver our essentials right to our doorsteps.
These riders come from different walks of life, with different stories to tell. Some of them are students who need to earn money to support their studies. Some are breadwinners who provide for their families. Others are simply passionate about their job, enjoying the thrill of the ride and the satisfaction of fulfilling orders.
Their job is not easy. They have to navigate through traffic, bad weather, and even health risks to deliver our food, groceries, and other necessities. They work long hours, often without breaks, to meet the demands of their customers.
But despite the challenges, they remain dedicated and hardworking. They are the backbone of the delivery industry, making sure that we get what we need when we need it. They are the ones who bring us comfort food on lazy days, medicine when we’re sick, and even gifts on special occasions.
Meanwhile, netizens were enraged after two men stole packages to be delivered by a Shopee delivery rider. In the video, two guys can be seen a few distance away from the rider’s motorcycle.
Then, the guy wearing black and white shirt with stripe short and a cap approached the motorcycle being parked. All of a sudden, he took something (a parcel) from the motorcycle and tossed it to his accomplice wearing orange shirt.
After doing so, he returned to the motorcycle and took some parcels from the motorcycle. Then, he gave the parcels to his accomplice and fled as if nothing happened.
The incident was captured via CCTV footage. Fortunately, the suspects have been identifed and they are facing complaint filed by the PNP.
