David Licauco: “I’m a bit more careful now [with my actions] and I’m still trying my best to figure out”
DAVID LICAUCO – The Kapuso actor recently spoke about his newfound stardom in his latest magazine interview.
The “Maria Clara at Ibarra” star was featured on Scout Magazine where he opened up about his newfound fame.
In an interview, the Kapuso actor said that he’s “a bit more careful” with his actions and he’s still trying his best to figure out because people look up to him and also see him as an inspiration.
However, the actor said he’s still the same person despite the fame.
“I’m a bit more careful now [with my actions] and I’m still trying my best to figure out kasi [people] look up to me, so they see me as an inspiration,” David said. “Siguro I have more responsibilities now. But I’ve been sort of the same since I was in high school and elementary.”

He added that he values authenticity, his loved ones, and also focusing on what matters most.
When asked about his next chapter in acting, the “Maria Clara at Ibarra” star said that he would like to explore “serious and inspirational” roles.
In the same interview, he shared that he still considered himself as an introvert. The actor said “stressed ako throughout the day” after having a big event or an interview at a press conference. However, he said that he has no problem with one-on-one interviews.
The Kapuso actor is on a roll with those magazine covers. He also recently appeared on Cosmopolitan Philippines and Mega Man.
