Cristy Fermin on Liza Soberano: “Hindi inabot ni Liza ang kasikatan ni Kathryn Bernardo”
LIZA SOBERANO VS KATHRYN BERNARDO – Veteran entertainment columnist Cristy Fermin compared the two stars on her online program.
It was on February 26 when Liza took to YouTube wherein she posted a 14-minute vlog giving some updates about her life including her past hardships in the entertainment industry and the formation of a new career path, rebranding herself as Hope.
According to the 25-year-old actress, who has been an endorser and actress since she was 12 years old, it was only during pandemic when she had the opportunity to think back on her past as well as her goals for the future.
However, her revelation did not sit well with her former colleagues. Some even called her ungrateful.
Among those who criticized her is entertainment columnist Cristy Fermin. In her latest tirade against the actress, she couldn’t help but compare her to actress Kathryn Bernardo.
“Si Kathryn ang dami daming katangian na pwede mong sabihin sa kanya,” she said. “Mabait na anak, mapagmahal, marunong tumanaw ng utang na loob sa produksyon namuhunan sa kanya at nagmahal sa kanya.”
The entertainment columnist claimed that Liza was already behind Kathryn. “Napag-iwanan na talaga si Liza Soberano, kitang kita na talaga.. may resibo na talaga,” she said. “Hindi inabot ni Liza ang kasikatan ni Kathryn Bernardo , Kaya wag sasabihin na si Liza Soberano ay kalaban ni Kathryn , napakalayo, ang layo layo,” she added.
Meanwhile, it was just recently when Liza appeared on the vlog of Bea Alonzo wherein she underwent a lie detector test. At one point, she revealed that “Hello, Love, Goodbye” was first offered to her and partner Enrique Gil.
