Here’s the reaction of Boy Abunda on ‘Wow Bulaga’ poster
BOY ABUNDA – The King of Talk reacted to the “Wow Bulaga” poster that has been circulating online.
It was just recently when a poster about the possible new title of Eat Bulaga under the leadership of former Congressman Romy Jalosjos spread online.
Willie Revillame, Allan K, and influencer Bretman Rock are said to be leading a new show titled “Wow Bulaga.” Aside from them, also included in the poster were Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, Miguel Tanfelix, Tyronia Fowler, and Rosmar Tan.
However, on his show, the ‘King of Talk’ stated that the poster circulating on social media was confirmed to be false by a reliable source. “Nais lamang sabihin ng aming source, isang mapagkakatiwalaang source po dito sa GMA-7 that this poster is not true. This is a fake poster, ‘yun ang pagkakasabi. Hindi po ito totoo,” he said.
But the King of Talk confirmed that the longest running noontime variety show is facing some “challenges”. He urged the public to wait for the official statement of Eat Bulaga production.
“At hindi rin natin maitatatwa, ako personal, I wanna make a stand, merong pinagdaraanang challenges ang ‘Eat Bulaga’ pero antayin po natin ang kanilang official statement. Ang official statement po ng GMA-7, ng ‘Eat Bulaga’ para malaman ho natin ang buong kwento, ang katotohanan para we can stop speculating.” he stated.
Meanwhile, Eat Bulaga is making a buzz online after reports surfaced that there was an internal problem between the executives of Eat Bulaga and its founding producer. Allegedly, Jalosjos, wants to take over Television and Production Exponents (TAPE) from Tony Tuviera, his business partner, and the show’s original hosts, Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon.
