SHARON CUNETA – The actress-singer recently revealed the secret to her weight loss and also shared her weight loss journey.

Sharon appeared in the latest vlog of Ogie Diaz titled “Yun pala ang biggest pain ni Sharon Cuneta!”

The Megastar shared how she was able to achieve her weight loss. She noted in an interview with Ogie Diaz that one key to losing weight is people should be asking “Paano ka tumaba?” instead of people wondering how to lose weight.

Ang nakakatuwa or nakakatawang tanong ng tao lagi… dati tinatanong ko rin yun eh, ‘Paano ka pumayat?’ Actually, dapat [ang] ginagawa mo, isipin mo, ‘Paano ka tumaba?’” she said. “So, yung paano ka tumaba, di baliktarin mo.

She started her weight loss journey by gradually eating less food, adding that she’s doing it “slowly but surely”. According to her, eating “small meals” is the most effective way to lose weight.

The actress-singer also said that she will continue with what she is doing to achieve her weight goals however long it will take.

In the same interview, Sharon also shared an important realization that led her to start her weight loss journey.

The Megastar also said that as an actress, she also felt guilty that she failed her supporters by gaining weight since she knows that her fans aspire to be their idols. However, she revealed that she still binge eats from time to time “pero disiplinado”.
