Sharing a montage of old family photos on her Instagram account, Kris said that she posted her birthday message a day early in order for her to make up for her silence last year as she was “too emotional to post” at that time.

Kris started her birthday greeting by apologizing to her brother “for being a brat and wasting years”.

The media personality then pointed to the fact that PNoy has been fond of her eldest son Josh and how her brother must know how much Josh watches old videos of his uncle on YouTube.

As she shared an update about her health, she also asked a favor from her brother.

Since mahilig kang mag-regalo pag birthday mo, I know you, mom, and dad know maraming na ‘flag’ based on my latest tests, and medyo matindi the immunosuppressive therapy that I’ll need. Plus the 6 month-isolation period after the 1st cycle, regardless of what my doctors will choose. Bunso needs her FAITH to remain strong,” she wrote.

Kris went on to thank her brother for everything she never thanked him for and also greeted him on his birth anniversary. She also thanked those “who continue praying for us”.
