It was on December 3 when Baldivino was rushed to the Jesus of Nazareth Hospital in Batangas City after he experienced difficulty of breathing after performing at a Christmas party.

He subsequently suffered a mild hemorrhagic stroke and became comatose after an operation. He never regained consciousness and eventually died due to a brain aneurysm.

Following his death, many expressed concern that someone could die even at a young age from a brain aneurysm. In a vlog, Internist and Cardiologist Doc Willie Ong talked about the brain aneurysm. Watch the video below:

According to mayoclinic.org, a brain aneurysm is a bulge or ballooning in a brain blood vessel. An aneurysm in the brain may burst or leak, resulting in brain bleeding (hemorrhagic stroke).

In his vlog, Doc Willie Ong said that the common symptoms of a brain aneurysm are the following; sudden or severe headache, vision problems, nausea and vomiting, neck stiffness of pain, and confusion.

On the other hand, among the risk factors are smoking, high blood pressure or hypertension, a congenital defect in the artery wall, family history and to name a few.

Ong noted that the diagnosis of a brain aneurysm generally includes several tests such as a CT scan, CTA, MRA, and cerebral angiogram. In order to stabilize this condition, a person might undergo endovascular coiling.
