Meet Rebbie, a 3-year-old makeup artist
KIKAY KID – A 3-year-old girl is getting a lot of attention with her “makeup tutorial” on the video-sharing app, TikTok.
The “bibo” makeup artist is named Rebecca Binalla, or “Rebbie” for short, and she hails from Pasay City.
Baby Rebbie shares a “step-by-step” tutorial on how to apply makeup to one’s face in a viral video.
Sunscreen, foundation, concealer, lipstick, and eyeshadow are among the cosmetics she recommends.
Netizens were astounded by her ability to appear presentable in the video, as if she were conversing with her viewers.
Rebbie’s mother, Dindin Binalla, told Bandera that she was surprised her daughter has a talent for vlogging.
According to her, it all started when they were in their room together and she noticed her daughter talking to herself in front of a mirror while applying makeup.
She then asked her daughter if she could be filmed while doing a makeup tutorial.
Rebbie’s mother mentioned that she may have learned how to apply makeup as she’s a part-time makeup artist as well.

Mommy Dindin is also proud of her daughter for having discovered vlogging on her own.
Although baby Rebbie is bringing positive energy, many people are criticizing her makeup tutorials.
There were netizens suggesting that her daughter should wear children’s makeup.
“Some of them say sana kids makeup ung pinagamit ko, but studies say yung kids makeup na nabibili sa toy stores contain carcinogens and toxic chemicals, especially po pag made in China,” she said.
As of this writing, her viral makeup tutorial has already earned more than 7.7 million views.
