RURU MADRID — The Kapuso actor recently shared that his girlfriend, actress Bianca Umali, is his inspiration to keep getting better in his career in showbiz.
The actor is very proud to say that his girlfriend has been his rock during the most difficult challenges in his life.
Ruru said in an episode of “Surprise Guest with Pia Arcangel” aired on Tuesday that his girlfriend is the one who constantly reminded him that he’ll eventually get whatever is meant for him in his career and life.
According to him, his girlfriend’s career is flourishing in a way that all her projects are working out well, which inspired him to better himself and his craft.
He added that he returned to his competitive phase and began exploring all sorts of things in order to harness his acting skills when his girlfriend came into his life.
During the time when “Lolong” kept being postponed from airing on television because of the coronavirus pandemic, the actor said that his girlfriend kept his faith unwavering for the show even when he felt like giving up.
“Siya yung naging sandalan ko, siya yung kapag umiiyak ako, siya yung taga-salo lahat ng mga problema ko,” Ruru said. “Sabi niya sakin, tandaan mo ‘tong sasabihin ko, dadating ‘yan sayo. Hindi man ngayon, pero dadating ‘yan sayo dahil alam ko na binibigay mo ang puso mo sa bawat ginagawa mo.“
To recall, Ruru Madrid confirmed during his guesting at “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho” last August that he’s in a relationship with Bianca Umali. The two have been together for four years.
