Another achievement unlocked! Manny Pacquiao is now a master’s degree holder
MANNY PACQUIAO – The former senator earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration last Saturday, August 27.
The boxer-turned-senator received the said degree from the Philippine Christian University (PCU).
Joining Pacquiao in the commencement exercises are the 30 other employees of the Senate. It was held at Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City.
In a photo, Pacquiao was seen together with his wife Jinkee and his brother Bobby Pacquiao.
It can be recalled that it was during the election season when Pacquiao’s educational attainment was questioned by his critics.
According to his critics, it is not known how fast Pacquiao obtained his diploma in political science majoring in local government administration at the University of Makati.
The former senator responded to it and stressed that he underwent the right process in order to get the diploma.
It was reported last year that Pacquiao is taking a Master’s degree.
“Never stop learning because life never stops teaching,” he said.
Pacquiao started his career in boxinh. Eventually, he decided to join politics as a congressman and then senator.
In May 9 elections, he ran for president but failed to win after slating third against President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. Now, he has yet to disclose whether or not he will return to politics in 2025.
Prior to that, he announced his retirement from boxing. His last bout was with Yordenis Ugas. The latter won via unanimous decision.
Presently, netizens are excited for Pacquiao’s exhibition match with YouTuber DK Yoo, a sports and fitness instructor, who is the founder of the Warfare Combat System.
