Andrew E. to hold a government post?
ANDREW E. – The legendary hip-hop artist revealed that his name has been submitted for a possible position in the government.
Andrew Ford Valentino Espiritu or Andrew E started his career as a DJ in a popular club, Euphoria.
He was discovered by guitarman Ramon “RJ” Jacinto in 1991.
He made his television debut on That’s Entertainment, a variety show hosted by the late German Moreno on GMA-7.
His career skyrocketed when he released the single, “Humanap Ka ng Panget.”
Andrew E has been in the local music industry for thirty-two (32) years.
He also starred in comedy films.
During the previous election, he became one of the notable figures thanks to his energetic chants while campaigning for President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Vice President Sara Duterte thanks to his political jingle, “Bagong Pilipinas, Bagong Mukha”.
After PBBM and Sara Duterte won the election, there were rumors that the singer-rapper received something out of supporting the two.
In fact, there was a rumor surfacing that he allegedly received two sports cars. He denied such a rumor and said it was fake news.
This time, Andrew E. himself revealed that his name has been submitted for a possible government position.
“A group of people submitted my name for the government ano. Maybe position or whatever. But with me kasi, ano… I’d like to do service to, you know, my Dongalo Wreckords,” he said in an interview with PEP.ph.
