A Kakampink was under fire for submitting a fake medical certificate to a company
FAKE MEDICAL CERTIFICATE – A Kakampink who claimed to be an “ABM student” and “CPA-Lawyer in the making” might be charged for a fake medical certificate.
A medical certificate or doctor’s certificate is a written statement from a physician or another medically qualified health care provider which attests to the result of a medical examination of a patient.
It can serve as a sick note (documentation that an employee is unfit for work) or evidence of a health condition.
Desiree Hernandez Gabayan, a representative of Vista Care Medical Clinic and Diagnostic Center, took to social media wherein she exposed a student who used the name of their clinic on her fake medical certificate.
According to Gabayan, a company where Fatima Erasmo Baduya works called their clinic to verify the medical certificate submitted to them.
Unfortunately, the medical certificate submitted by the student was fake.
Gabayan, the owner and CEO of the said clinic, added that the undersigned doctor in the medical certificate is not affiliated or connected to them.
“DRY COUGH as a diagnosis is humiliating. Nasaan ang prinsipyo at moralidad mo? You are shameless,” she noted.
In the last part of her post, Gabayan said that they are coordinating with the company and will take all the necessary actions regarding the matter.
Because of this, Gabayan might file charges against Baduya, a certified Kakampink.
Baduya, on the other hand, has yet to release any statement regarding the issue.
