This is not the first time that an abandoned baby was found this year.
One of them is a baby found hanging on a tree in Agusan del Sur last March 10.
It was a scorching morning when the person who discovered the baby decided to take a short break under the cover of a tree by the side of the road.
After a short while, that person heard a baby crying very loudly. The eyewitness initially refused to believe it and speculated that there might be a problem with the area where he was resting. Eventually, found the baby.
The individual who discovered the infant eventually requested assistance from the barangay’s on-duty police.
The police quickly went to the area where the baby was found and took the child to Agusan District Hospital in order to assess the condition of “Baby Angel”
