Hipon Girl Releases Vlog Showing Emotional Documentation Of Commencement Ceremony
HIPON GIRL – Bb. No. 8 Herlene ‘Hipon Girl’ Budol uploaded a new vlog showing her emotional documentation of her commencement ceremony.
Herlene Nicole Budol, popularly known as Hipon Girl, is a comedienne, host, and actress. She is among the 40 Bb. Pilipinas contestants competing for four (4) titles, namely Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinental, Bb. Pilipinas Globe, Bb. Pilipinas International, and Bb. Pilipinas Grand International.
The 22-year-old aspiring beauty queen earlier served looks with her Higantes-inspired costume at the national costume competition held last Saturday, July 16. Her talent manager Wilbert Tolentino disclosed that Hipon’s costume is worth P300K.
The coronation night of Bb. Pilipinas 2022 will be held on July 31 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. The event will be hosted by Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray and Miss Grand International 2016 1st runner-up Nicole Cordoves.
It can be recalled that just a few days ago, Hipon Girl graduated with a degree in Tourism Management from the College of Saint John Paul. In her IG account, she uploaded videos of the graduation ceremony wherein she can be seen holding a portrait of her late grandmother Bireng.
In the caption of the post, she wrote: “To my Nanay Bireng & Tatay Oreng, you both are the priceless blessing in my life. I wouldn’t be where I am today without your inspiration & support.”

On Wednesday, July 21, Hipon Girl shared an emotional Youtube vlog where she documented several moments from her graduation. In her 11-minute video, she showed her preparation, her moments with her family, and clips showing her receiving her diploma.
“Wala ‘kong masabi. Perfect ‘tong araw na ‘to para sa’kin. Sunud-sunod ‘yung blessings kaya ang saya ko,” Herlene said at one point in the vlog,” Hipon said.
In the latter part of the video, the comedian said that the best “honor” she has received so far was seeing her family complete.
“Grumaduate po ako with honor. Pero alam niya ang pinaka-best honor ko sa buong buhay ko? ‘Yung makumpleto ko ‘yung buong pamilya ko,” she said.
