Last post of Atty. Bruce Rivera on social media about Kiko Pangilinan earns mixed reactions

ATTY. BRUCE RIVERA – The last post of the lawyer and Diehard Duterte Supporter (DDS) about former Senator Kiko Pangilinan before he was comatose due to an aneurysm elicited comments.

Rivera, a native of Argao, Cebu province, is a graduate of San Beda College of Law.

Rivera graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree in political science in 2001 from Southwestern University.

He obtained his bachelor of laws degree from San Beda College in 2005 and passed the bar examinations in 2006.

It was just recently when MJ Quiambao Reyes, one of the close friends of Rivera, revealed that the popular lawyer has been in the intensive care unit (ICU) after suffering from an aneurysm.

An aneurysm occurs when part of an artery wall weakens, allowing it to abnormally balloon out or widen.

“Nasa ospital po siya, he’s in coma… Kaya medyo hindi maganda… we need your prayers,” Reyes said.

Rivera is scheduled for an operation.

Amid the flooding of prayers and messages towards the attorney, some netizens couldn’t help but criticize him due to his last post on social media.

It was on Sunday, July 18, when he posted some things about former Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan.

But there were some who did not like his “rants.”

Atty. Bruce Rivera rose to fame as one of the staunch supporters of former President Rodrigo Duterte.

He’s also a close friend of Vice President Sara Duterte.

He appears on the radio program “Boljak” along with Atty. Jesus Falcis.

Rivera is also active on social media.

    • Hindi kuno ang pagiging magna cum laude nya at hindi rin sya nag-claim na santo sya, unlike you na feeling banal at disente pero wala namang binatbat
