Cute throwback photo of Vico Sotto
VICO SOTTO – The Pasig City Mayor took to social media on Friday wherein he posted a cute throwback photo of him.
Sotto is the son of actor-comedian-host Vic Sotto and actress Coney Reyes.
Sotto graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He later pursued a Master of Arts in Public Management at the Ateneo School of Government and graduated in 2018.
Prior to entering politics, Sotto taught social science at Arellano University for one semester.
It was in 2019 when he was elected as mayor of Pasig, ending the 27-year rule of the Eusebio family over the Pasig mayoralty.
During the 2019 elections, he campaigned on a platform called, “Big V” (Big Five) Agenda, which promotes universal healthcare, housing programs, education, public consultation, and anti-corruption efforts.
In 2021, the United States Department of State recognized Sotto as one of 12 recipients of the International Anticorruption Champions Award for his efforts toward anti-corruption.
Recently, the Pasig City mayor went to the social media platform, Instagram wherein he posted a cute throwback photo of himself.
Vico Sotto posted the photo on his 33rd birthday wherein he thanked those who greeted him.
His post was accompanied by the caption: “Maraming salamat sa inyo 10/10 kayong lahat.”
It was then flooded with birthday wishes and comments.
“CUTESTT LABYU 10/10 KARIN SAMIN,” a netizen said.
“Happy birthday mayor!!! Love kita/10 ka sakin,” another netizen commented.
