Khalil and Gabbi recently shared how they have kept their relationship thriving through the years.
The two revealed during Tuesday’s “Love You Stranger” media conference that the secret to their 5-year relationship is staying best friends and not trying to turn everything romantically.
Gabbi shared that she and her boyfriend remain best friends even though they are already committed to each other, which makes their relationship good companionship.

According to her, she and Khalil hang out and didn’t go on a romantic date, adding that they just love doing things together.
“Best friends kami eh. Sobrang tropa kami and everybody knows that. Sometimes, we just really hang out and not go on a romantic date. We just love doing things together,” Gabbi said.
Khalil, for his part, said that the secret to their 5-year relationship is to fall in love with a best friend.
“Fall in love with your best friend, ‘yan ang secret,” Khalil said.
It was last February when Khalil and Gabbi celebrated their 5th anniversary as a couple. At that time, the two exchanged words for each other to mark their special day.
Khalil and Gabbi played the role of Ben and LJ, respectively, in GMA Network’s newest primetime series “Love You Stranger”. GMA News Online reported that “Love You Stranger” is the first TV series of the real-life couple.
