A church is a building or venue where people worship. The sacredness of a church must be maintained at all times.

However, there are still unprecedented events, or worst- crimes, that might happen inside the church.

Speaking of which, this is what exactly happened to a local church in Naga City.

This, after an unidentified thief illegally entered the Our Lady of Fatima Church in Barangay Tabuco, Naga City.

It was on early Thursday morning when the robbery incident happened.

Apparently, the incident was only reported to the authorities in the afternoon.

According to Naga City Police Office-Police Station 5, the suspect climbed into the churchyard and went straight to the priest’s office.

The culprit allegedly broke the window so that it could enter the office.

A desktop computer worth P20,000 was stolen from the said office.

The Theft and Robbery Unit of NCPO-PS5 is searching for the suspect.

Fortunately, no one was hurt in the said incident.

Robbery is the crime of taking or attempting to take anything of value by force, the threat of force, or by use of fear.

It is one of the most common crimes today, now that a lot of people are becoming desperate just to feed their empty stomachs or for some other reasons like vices.
