Alden Richards wants to give the best to his audience
Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards said that he doubled his effort in portraying the character of “Good Boy” in the Filipino version of Start-Up.
In the said series, he is paired with A-list actress Bea Alonzo. They already started taping for this and directors Dominic Zapata and Jerry Sineneng have nothing but good words for two Kapuso stars. Alden is playing the character of Tristan Hernandez or “Good Boy”, the one played by Kim Seon-ho in the original South Korean version.
Following the success of his previous Kapuso series The World Between Us with Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Alden Richards said that he had to double his effort in Start-Up PH. Previously, the series was already made available on Netflix. Just recently, it was included in Amazon Freevee, based on the article in GMA Entertainment.
This achievement is historical because it is the first Pinoy series that was made available on the said online streaming platform. “Parang ngayon nagha-harvest ng fruit yung ‘The World Between Us’ itong mga huli,” Alden said.
He is also proud that people from Amazon Freevee were the first to approach GMA for their intention to make the Kapuso series available on their streaming platform. Alden said that the whole team is proud and honored by this achievement.
With this, he wants to give another level of performance to the audience through Start-Up PH. “Symempre galing na tayo sa magandang project, which is being recognized na, of course mas doble and effort dito because this is an adaptation sa K-drama na talaga namang minahal ng millions all over the world,” Alden Richards said.
The directors of the series said that the audience can expect different “kilig” and excitement from the Pinoy version. They also said that they have so much respect for the Filipino audience and so they exerted extra effort to give the best output they could present.
