Details on Susan Roces’ Cause of Death at 80 Years Old
SUSAN ROCES’ CAUSE OF DEATH – Senator Grace Poe revealed the reason behind the death of the Queen of Philippine Movies, Susan Roces.
The Philippine showbiz industry and the Filipino people are mourning the sudden passing of veteran actress Susan Roces. Tagged as the country’s Queen of Movies, she passed away at the age of 80 last Friday, May 20.
Susan is the wife of the late “Action King” and “King of Philippine Movies” Fernando Poe Jr. or more commonly called FPJ. He died in 2004 due to cerebral thrombosis with multiple organ failure.
Susan and FPJ have an adoptive daughter, Sen. Grace Poe. She recently had an interview with the press wherein she revealed Susan Roces’ cause of death.
Based on a report on Pep, Sen. Grace Poe revealed that the doctor said that Susan Roces’ cause of death is cardiopulmonary arrest which can be triggered by a lot of factors.
“Ibig sabihin, bumigay po ang kanyang puso. Maraming dahilan iyan, dahil marami na ring mga naging kumplikasyon sa kanya,” the Senator said.
According to the daughter of the veteran actress, in the last few days prior to her sudden passing, she does not anymore take long phone call conversations like they usually do. Based on the report, she also revealed that she noticed that the actress is on a fast breathing until she does not anymore want to eat.
Susan was brought to the hospital prior to her death. Amid the grief, the Senator and their family are taking consolation from the thoughts that she is now free from pain and is in a better place with her parents and the love of her life, FPJ. She expressed her gratitude to everyone who sent their prayers and messages of condolences for their family.
