Vice Pres. Leni Robredo Receives Artwork Gift from Supporter
LENI ROBREDO – The Vice President received an artwork of a portrait of their family together with her late husband, former Interior Secretary Jesse Robredo.
The candidates for the May 2022 Elections are down to their last campaign events today, the last day of the campaign period. For the Leni-Kiko tandem, they have visited most of the provinces in the country including the far-flung areas. The Vice President is vocal that if she wins president, the government will be the one who will reach out to small communities living in areas away from the city.
Vice Pres. Robredo recently went back to the Bicol region for some of her last campaign events. A send-off grand rally was held for her and Sen. Pangilinan and their senate slate in Naga City.
During her speech in Naga, the Vice President looked back on the things she went through when she became the VP. She cited the negative remarks against her and the issues that were thrown against her and her family.
Despite the challenging term as vice president, Vice Pres. Leni Robredo expressed her gratitude over many people’s priceless support to her presidential bid and the things she wants for the country.
In every grand rally, the Vice President receives a lot of gifts from her supporters. She even jested that things have changed now and it is already the supporters who are giving the candidates gifts and not the other way around.
Recently, based on a post of Inquirer, Vice Pres. Leni Robredo received an artwork of their family portrait with her late husband, former Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Sec. Jesse Robredo.
The Vice President received the artwork on stage. She is with former Interior Sec. Jesse and their daughters Aika, Tricia, and Jillian in the said masterpiece.
