Sharon Cuneta willing to split up with husband Kiko Pangilinan over politics?
SHARON CUNETA – The Megastar said that she will split up with her husband, vice presidential candidate Sen. Kiko Pangilinan if he does not keep his promises when he wins.
Pangilinan is gearing up for his candidacy as vice president.
He’s running for the said position alongside Vice President Leni Robredo.
They will go against the tandem of; former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Doc Willie Ong, Senator Manny Pacquiao and Buhay partylist representative, Lito Atienza as well as Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III.
In a statement, his wife Sharon Cuneta said that she’s willing to compromise their marriage if her husband doesn’t stick with his promises in case he wins.
According to the actress-singer, she’s ready to break up with her husband in case he broke his promise to the people.
But the Megastar believes that her husband would do everything so that he could comply with his promises.
“Pag hindi niya tinupad ang dapat niyang tuparin, baka maghiwalay nalang kami,” she said.
Sharon, on the other hand, said that if Kiko wins the vice presidency, the people will not worry anymore about their food on the table.
To recall, it was just recently when the Leni-Kiko tandem held a campaign rally in Pampanga. At one point, her husband could not help but turn emotional after seeing the support of farmers there.
Even Sharon went emotional while seeing how the farmers support her husband.
