Ogie Diaz claims the appearance of Rufa Mae Quinto at campaign rallies of BBM and Pacquiao is paid
RUFA MAE QUINTO – The appearance of the comedienne at the campaign rallies of presidential candidates Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Manny Pacquiao are paid according to talent manager and vlogger Ogie Diaz.
Pacquiao and BBM are among the top contenders in the May 9, 2022, presidential elections.
The boxer-turned-politician vies for the highest government position with his running mate Buhay party-list Representative Lito Atienza while the former senator is rooting for the said post with Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte.
They will go against the tandem of; Vice President Leni Robredo and Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III as well as Manila Mayor Isko Moreno.
On the other hand, Rufa Mae Quinto is a famous comedienne.
She made a buzz online after appearing at the campaign rallies of Pacquiao and Marcos Jr.
But according to talent manager Ogie Diaz, her appearance in the said gatherings was “paid.” In other words, she received a “talent fee” after attending the rallies.
“Siyempre kailangan niyang rumaket,” Ogie said.
