HERLENE BUDOL – The former Wowowin host-turned-vlogger was bashed after stealing a kiss from Kapuso star Alden Richards.

Known as “Hipon Girl”, Herlene rose to fame when she joined Wowowin’s segment called Willie of Fortune.

Willie Revillame, later on, decided to make her a regular host of his show because of her talent and funny jokes.

Aside from hosting, she also ventured into acting.

In 2020, she made headlines following her exchange of words with Miss Universe Manila Alexandra Abdon. Eventually, they were able to settle their rift.

It can be recalled that after her interview with Toni Gonzaga via her YouTube show, ToniTalks, many were touched by her story and pledged support to her. She even had a shopping spree with Alex.

Currently, she is an active vlogger on YouTube with 1.7 million subscribers.

Meanwhile, Herlene Budol was criticized after stealing a kiss from Alden Richards.

Because of this, she decided to issue an apology but according to her, she asked permission before kissing Alden on the cheeks.

While some are criticizing her action, there are those who defended her.

“Umiral LNG yung magiging fan girl nya, dto LNG sa Pilipinas na big issue yun pag halik sa pisngi, hindi nman nya nilapa yung nguso ni Alden smack LNG sa pisngi ibang fans nga ganun din gnagawa.”

“Nashock lang si Alden hindi nmn ibig sbhin na ayw biglaan kasi yung pag halik nagulat sya kasi db nga may covid pa kaya di sya bsta bsta nag papahalik.”

“Ang big issue baka nakerid away lang si ma’am herlene sa gwapo ba naman ni alden lahat siguro ng makakalapit sa kanya talagang nananakaw ng halik.”

Alden Richards has yet to comment on the matter.
