Angel Locsin is considered one of the most popular stars in the country.

She started her showbiz career via GMA-7. She came to prominence for her television roles as Alwina in the 2004 fantasy-themed television series Mulawin and as the superheroine Darna in the TV adaptation of the Mars Ravelo eponymous comic.

Eventually, she decided to transfer to ABS-CBN.

Recently, she went to Leyte to distribute relief goods to those who were devastated by Agaton.

At one point, she cross paths with Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa who went to the said province to give aid to the victims of the typhoon.

Meanwhile, Angel explained why she was not wearing pink as per the photo with Sen. Bato.

Here’s the explanation of the actress:

This is not the first time she participated in a relief goods distribution to those affected by calamities.

Whenever there’s a typhoon or disaster happening in the country, Angel was among the first to aid those in need.

Angel Locsin is one of the staunch supporters of the presidential candidate, Vice President Leni Robredo.

Robredo is running for president together with her running mate Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan.

They will go against the tandem of; former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Doc Willie Ong, Senator Manny Pacquiao and Buhay partylist representative, Lito Atienza as well as Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III.
