Sam YG and Essa Santos are officially married!
Former “Eat Bulaga” host Sam YG and his non-showbiz partner Essa Santos are officially husband and wife as they tied the knot in a wedding ceremony at St. Benedict Church in Silang, Cavite.
The radio DJ and host recently shared photos of the two of them together on his Instagram account and also wrote a short-but-sweet message to mark the occasion.
“Who knows where we’ll go or what tomorrow will bring but we’ll always have each other,” Sam YG wrote in the caption on his Instagram post.
Among those who congratulated the newlyweds were Nikki Valdez, Jugs Jugueta, Gretchen Ho, Markki Stroem, Regine Angeles, and Chef JP Anglo, among others.

Radio personality DJ Tony Toni also shared on Instagram a video where Sam and his non-showbiz partner happily walked out of the church and he gave his now-wife a sweet kiss in front of a crowd.
“Eto na! Happily self-imposed lockdown foreva eva! Congrats to our brother Mr. Samir & Mrs. Essa Gogna. Signed and sealed with a (kiss emoji)” the caption reads.
Prior to their wedding day, Sam and Essa shared their picture-perfect pre-nuptial photoshoot wherein they donned different attires such as traditional Indian clothing and casual outfits.
They officially became a couple on April 28, 2018, and Sam took their relationship to the next level as he proposed to Essa in January 2021.
