Lady Netizen Slams Shameless Tenants For Refusing to Pay Rent & Declares Ownership of House
A lady netizen has sought the help of Pinoy veteran broadcaster Raffy Tulfo after their tenant refused to pay the rent and declared ownership of the house.
A Facebook user named Squatters House Celin has shared the video footage of tenants who failed to pay the rent for two years and declared ownership of the house. The video elicits comments online.
The lady netizen is seeking help from the authorities to evict the tenants who failed to pay the rent for two years. The tenants even declared ownership of the house but they could not even present any documents to prove their claim.
The house for rent is located at P2C4 BLK 161, LOT 7, St. Monique in Binangonan, Rizal. The tenants did not pay the rent after the owner flew abroad. The owner’s sibling tried to ask the tenant for payment but they refused to pay.
The tenants reportedly failed to pay the electricity bills, which reached a total amount of P35, 000. The owner wants to evict the tenant and pay the electricity bill at Meralco.
