Policeman Faces Charges After Reportedly Taking Advantage on Female Curfew Violator in Bulacan
A policeman is now under investigation after allegedly taking advantage with a female curfew violator in San Miguel, Bulacan.
On Thursday (October 29, 2020), the Philippine National Police (PNP) Internal Affairs Service (IAS) is now investigating police Lieutenant Jimmy Fegcan for allegedly abusing a 24-year-old lady who commits a curfew violation.
IAS chief Lawyer Alfegar Triambulo said that the lady victim has been arrested at Barangay Poblacion on Wednesday (October 28, 2020) for violating the curfew ordinance or the Provincial Ordinance 87-2020.
The unidentified victim has been brought to the San Miguel Municipal police station for profiling. Jimmy reportedly told the victim to stay in his barracks and the female violator sleep on the cop’s space.
The 41-year-old suspect reportedly touched the chest of the curfew violator and undressed her before starting to abuse her. After the incident, the cop brought the victim to her home but the woman returned to the police station to report the incident.
Fegcan is now facing complains and under the custody of the San Miguel police.
