MIK PONDEVIDA and ENOUE JOHN PONDEVIDA – The two siblings gifted their parents a “triangle house” worth 1 million pesos without any debt or loan.

It is every child’s dream to build a house for their parents.

Recently, Mik went to a Facebook community wherein she posted a photo of a triangle house she and her brother built in Bulacan.

Mik, 25, is a registered medical technologist while her brother Enoue John, 27, is a seafarer.

The house is situated in a 2,000 sqm lot area with a wooden cottage and garden while the floor area is at 20×18 m.

“It’s more like a tiny house po. No bedrooms. Open deck yung upper deck. Dun po naglalatag as tulugan,” she said.

According to her, the house which they built for their parents cost more or less 1 million pesos including the lot.

It was in March 2021 when the construction of the house started and the blessing took place in December 2021.

Mik is proud to share that they did not loan in order to build the vacation house for their parents.

In her Facebook post, she mentioned that they were not born rich which is why she and her brother learned how to properly handle their finances.

Mik added that it is her and her brother’s very dream to build a vacation house for their parents.
