Alleged Dancing Sto. Niño Statue Sparked Debates Online
The video footage of an alleged dancing Sto. Niño statue goes viral online and elicits comments from the netizens.
The Facebook page “SIRBISU” has shared the video footage of Sto. Niño statue that allegedly dance while being carried by a female resident. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the woman is dancing and waving the statue. However, the people were claiming that the statue reportedly moves on its own while being carried by a person.
However, it was still unclear if the statue move on its own or the woman really made the religious statue move. The video was taken in front of Phase 1 Chapel, Brgy. Rizal in the town of San Carlos.
The video has been originally uploaded by a netizen named Joan Cortes.
The video has a caption of:

Unfortunately, a lot of netizens criticized the video and people claiming that the statue can move on its. Some of them even urged the owner to put the statue on the ground and let it move its own to prove the claims.
