JC DE VERA — The actor recently took to social media to share a message for his wife Rikkah Cruz on her birthday.
JC’s wife celebrated her birthday last Tuesday, January 25. To mark the occasion, JC shared his birthday message for his “dear wifey” as he posted a photo of them together.
“Happy birthday, dear wifey. Keep on going! You’ll get everything that you desire! Always dream big! We are here for you. We love you – Jc and Lana,” JC wrote.
JC and his wife first tied the knot in an under-the-radar civil ceremony last 2018, months before they welcomed their daughter, Lana Athena.
However, it wasn’t until March 2021 when JC announced in an interview with his “La Vida Lena” co-star Erich Gonzales for her vlog that he’s now a married man.
Months later, in September, JC and Rikkah tied the knot for the second time in a church wedding ceremony held in Tagaytay.

According to the actor, Rikkah was a former schoolmate of his who was 7 years his junior. When asked how he knew that Rikkah was “the one”, the actor shared that it took a lot of effort to court her.
Prior to this, JC shared on Instagram that he’s the last one to get hit by the coronavirus after his wife and their daughter.
“Last one to get hit by the virus after Rik & Lana. Recovering well and faster with the help of our rescue team as always,” JC wrote at that time.
