“I give you a concrete example, and I don’t know if BBM remembers this, but back when Yolanda happened, he was not part of the administration but one very first to help Ormoc City was BBM and his family,” she said.

According to her, Bongbong Marcos sent Ormoc City clean water and a gadget from some foreign company to process clean water which is very crucial at the time.

Another incident wherein Bongbong extended his hand according to Lucy was during the earthquake in Ormoc way back in 2017.

Prior to that, Marcos Jr. lost the vice-presidential race against incumbent VP Leni Robredo.
