A Facebook user named Kristine Dionee has shared the video footage of a lady passenger criticizing a Grab driver who was delayed on traffic. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.

In the video, it can be seen that the lady commuter complained that she and her colleagues waited for almost an hour. The driver humbly apologized to the passenger for the delay due to heavy traffic congestion.

The woman repeatedly complained and lambasted the driver for being late. The driver explained the situation due to traffic and apologized again but the commuter continues to express her disappointment.

The female passenger’s colleague asked to swing at 7/11 convenience store but the driver explained something, which causes a misunderstanding with the lady client. The commuter start to rant and bad mouther the driver.

Eventually, the commuter apologized, which started the exchange of smooth conversation.
