Here’s the revelation of James Blanco following his family’s bout with COVID-19
JAMES BLANCO – The actor revealed his family’s ordeal with coronavirus disease 2019 or COVID-19
The COVID-19 pandemic remains to be the biggest challenge that the country is facing today. This disease that started way back in 2019 at Wuhan, China has placed a lot of lives at risk and has even taken the lives of many people.
A lot of personalities such as celebrities, elites, politicians were hit by the virus.
Among those who contracted the dreaded disease is freelance actor, James Blanco.
But it is not only James who got the virus, he shared in an interview that aside from him, 8 members of his family were also hit by the disease.
The actor confessed it during the mediacon of horror trilogy, Huwag Kang Lalabas.
“Father ko, anak ko, ako, kapatid ko… siguro, siyam kami na nagka-COVID. So, doon ako nakaramdam ng takot, kasi mag-isa ka lang sa room,” he said.
According to him, his father almost did not survive the bout with COVID-19. But fortunately, they were able to overcome it.
Meanwhile, James Blanco stars in the “Bahay” episode of the horror trilogy, Huwag Kang Lalabas which is one of the official entries in the Metro Manila Film Festival 2021.
The episode also stars with Aiko Melendez, Joaquin Domagoso, Dave Bornea, Bembol Roco, Ayeesha Cervantes, Soliman Cruz, Jess Evardone, and Carlos Dala.
James Blanco is a freelance actor who is known for his roles in Ikaw Lang ang Mamahalin, Rubi, Lorenzo’s Time, One More Chance, Now and Forever: Ganti and in the 2014 GMA afternoon primetime Yagit as Victor Guison.
