According to vlogger/talent manager Ogie Alcasid, someone told him that Vice seemed to be upset with John Prats because all along, they thought the actor would be the director of It’s Showtime.

“So parang pinili ni John Prats ‘yung Ang Probinsyano over It’s Showtime?” Mama Loi asked. To which Ogie responded with: “Oo, ganon.”

However, based on the report of Bandera, there’s still no confirmation regarding the alleged “tampuhan” between Vice Ganda and John Prats.

It can be recalled that John Prats was supposed to be the regular director of the noontime program, It’s Showtime. Although at the time, he’s part of the top-rating teleserye, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.”

Then, he temporarily disappeared from “It’s Showtime” amid the lock-in taping of “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” and earlier this month, Dreamscape finally announced that John Prats is the new director of the hit series starring Coco Martin.

Following the announcement he’s tapped as the newest director of the long-running series, his sister Camille Prats took to social media wherein she shared a post about her brother

“Kuya ko yan!!!!!” she proudly noted in the caption on her post on the social networking site, Facebook.

Kuya Kim was among those who commented by saying: “Nothing is an accident mars Camille. Galing ni Lord no? Iniwas siya sa sakit ng ulo.”

Apparently, his comment generated negative reactions from netizens with some claiming that he’s chiding at It’s Showtime.
