Derek Ramsay Reacts to Post of Tom Rodriguez
DEREK RAMSAY – The groom-to-be congratulated his fellow Kapuso actor, Tom Rodriguez, who just got married to Carla Abellana.
Recently, Kapuso couple Tom Rodriguez and Carla Abellana officially tied the knot in an intimate church wedding. It was the much-awaited event of the fans and supporters of TomCar.
Both Carla and Tom are among the stars under GMA-7 network. Their relationship started as co-actors when they worked together in the Kapuso TV series My Husband’s Lover in 2013.
After My Husband’s Lover, Tom and Carla were given the lead roles for another TV series – My Destiny. According to the actor, that was when what she felt for his leading lady started to change.
Tom and Carla were in a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship for more than five (5) years before they got engaged. It was an intimate wedding proposal that was held at the house of the mother of the actress. She had no clue about it while he thought she already has hinted that he will propose marriage to her.
Last Saturday, October 23, the big day for Carla and Tom have finally arrived. They visibly savored fruits in facing the challenges they had to go through in preparing a wedding amid the pandemic. On social media, the actor shared a photo of him after the wedding.
The Instagram post of Tom Rodriguez earned messages of congratulations from many of his fellow celebrities. One of them is his fellow Kapuso actor, Derek Ramsay, who is a groom-to-be.
“Congratulations man,” Derek wrote in a comment.
Derek Ramsay is set to officially tie the knot with Ellen Adarna. The celebrity couple is mum about the details of their wedding including their wedding date but their recent prenup photos crossing the social media sparked speculations of a nearing event.
