WILLIE REVILLAME – The Wowowin host paid a tribute to the late diminutive comedienne Mahal, who passed away on Tuesday, August 31 at the age of 46.

Willie worked with Mahal in 2003 via defunct ABS-CBN noontime show, Magandang Tanghali Bayan,.

In a recent episode of Wowowin, Willie recounted his fond memories of Mahal when she was still alive.

Mahal rose to fame alongside her partner Mura.

Willie was among those who discovered Mura or Allan Padua in real life.

On the other hand, Mahal was discovered by Randy Santiago in the TV show Lunch Date.

According to the Wowowin host, there were times that Mahal – whose real name is Noeme Tesorero, visit his show, bringing fun in and out of the camera.

Willie often gives Mahal a cellphone, jacket, and cash whenever the comedienne visits Wowowin’s studio.

Willie then said that he will surely miss Mahal. He later expressed his condolences to the bereaved family of the diminutive comedienne.

The public viewing of the urn of Mahal’s remain at the Cosmopolitan Chapel of Shrine of the Santuario De San Vicente De Paul in Tandang Sora Avenue, Quezon City started on Friday, September 3.

It will last until Sunday, September 5.

If there will be no changes, the inurnment for Mahal’s remains at Himlayang Pilipino, Quezon City, will take place on Monday, September 6.

Her bereaved family decided to coincide the inurnment of Mahal’s remains on the inurnment of her father Romy Tesorero.

Her father passed away on August 5 at the age of 73 due to COVID-19 complications.
