Sunshine Cruz recently took to social media as she shared a message for her boyfriend Macky Mathay on their 5th anniversary as a couple.
In an Instagram post last September 18, the actress thanked Macky for bringing out the best in her and for always believing in her. She also thanked her boyfriend for being supportive and caring to her and her kids.
Sunshine, who had three kids with her ex-husband Cesar Montano, said that she wasn’t only blessed with a supportive and loving partner, but also with “three additional angels”, referring to her boyfriend’s own children with his ex-wife Camille Farinas.
“I am truly grateful for you, Ro, Cole, and Charlie. You guys are a blessing to me, Angelina, Sam, and Chesca,” Sunshine wrote.
To end her post on Instagram, the actress expressed her love for her longtime partner.

For his part, Macky shared photos of the surprise he prepared for his girlfriend on their 5th anniversary.
“The other day, yesterday, today and tomorrow.. All of my days. I love you! Happy 5th anniversary my Sunshine!” Macky said to Sunshine in his Instagram post along with the hashtag #MackySunshine.
It was last October 2016 when Macky first confirmed that he’s dating Sunshine after they’re spotted holding hands in public. Previously, he shared that he started courting the actress after she replied to his message on Instagram. He also admitted that Sunshine was his long-time showbiz crush.
Though they had been together for a while, Sunshine said in an earlier interview that she wasn’t rushing to get married to Macky.
