COVID-19 is characterized by flu-like symptoms such as fever, difficulty in breathing, cough, and other respiratory problems but a patient may also be positive for the disease even without showing any signs.

Among the safety protocols that everyone must observe are the following; social/physical distancing, using disinfectant from time to time if possible, and wearing masks as well as face shields especially in public places.

The comedian announced the sad news via a post on his Facebook account.

Previously, the son of Super Tekla to former live-in partner Michelle Lhor Bana-ag underwent an operation after he was born with anorectal malformation.

It can be recalled that Tekla and Michelle made headlines following their issue which even reached the public service program of Raffy Tulfo.

But in the end, Tulfo has chosen the side of Tekla after knowing that the allegations of Michelle were untrue.

Now, they are facing another challenge after their child acquired the dreaded coronavirus disease.

Meanwhile, the FB post of TBATS earned massive support, prayers, and love for the fast recovery of baby Angelo.

Super Tekla whose real name is Romeo Librada started as a singer and stand-up comedian.

In 2016, he joined Wowowin hosted by Willie Revillame and Kuya Wil saw potential in him and hired him as one of his co-hosts.

But a year after he was fired by Kuya Wil due to his alcoholic and gambling vices, which he denied. In 2020, he was once welcomed again by Wowowin after guesting.

He is currently hosting the comedy talk show “The Boobay and Tekla Show” along with comedian Boobay.
