Sandra Lemonon and Sol Mercado are now in a relationship
SANDRA LEMONON – The beauty queen finally confirmed her relationship with PBA player, Sol Mercado, and the ex-fiancé of Denise Laurel.
The Binibining Pilipinas 2018 and Miss Universe Philippines 2020 finalist made the confirmation on Wednesday, September 29.
It was in April when the couple is speculated over a romantic relationship following their photos together on social media. But the beauty queen and basketball player kept mum on rumors about them at the time.
Finally, the couple confirmed that they are in a relationship.
First, Sandra took to the image-sharing platform, Instagram wherein she expressed her love for Sol.
Lemonon posted a series of sweet photos of her and Sol, whom she called “My 8,” which symbolizes infinity.
The beauty queen stressed that it was Sol who’s making her heart pound and making her smile right now.
Sandra believed that Sol is the man destined for her.
On the other hand, Sol also expressed how proud he is for girlfriend Sandra whom he called, “my 8” and “#myrideordie.”
Before announcing their relationship, Sandra Lemonon was once linked to the Thai-German model Josh Barfuss.
Sandra made a buzz last year after claiming fraud in the 2020 edition of Miss Universe Philippines. As a result, Rabiya Mateo’s victory was tarnished.
While Sol Mercado, a point guard/shooting guard of Barangay Ginebra San Miguel was once engaged to actress Denise Laurel.
However, on October 20, 2016, a day after Ginebra won their first title after 8 years, Denise announced through her Instagram account that they have ended their relationship.
