Kokoy de Santos on past with Rhen Escaño: ” Masaya and siguro hindi talaga para sa amin.”
KOKOY DE SANTOS – The actor opened up about his past with the Paraluman star Rhen Escaño.
Kokoy stars in the 4th episode of Regal Studio Presents, “Ikaw si Ako, Ako si Ikaw” alongside Shaira Diaz. The episode was about body switching.
In an interview, Shaira was asked what she will do if she switch bodies with her boyfriend Edgar Allan Guzman.
According to her, she would use her boyfriend’s body to learn how to dance.
Kokoy de Santos was also asked the same thing but with his rumored ex-girlfriend Rhen Escaño.
When Kokoy and Rhen worked together “Walang Tulugan with The Master Showman,” the late-night musical-variety show of late TV host, German Moreno, the two allegedly had a romantic relationship.
“Kay Rhen? Bakit si Rhen… well… sige, si Rhen. Aahh, gagamitin ko ito sa mga bagay na gusto kong ginagawa,” he said citing their field which is acting.
Asked about his alleged romance with Rhen Escaño, he said: “Mabuti kaming magkaibigan before and, yeah, umabot naman talaga sa point na nagkaintindihan, ganyan.”
He added: “Masaya and siguro hindi talaga para sa amin. Pinagtagpo pero hindi itinadhana.”
Meanwhile, Kokoy de Santos started his career in showbiz via the defunct GMA-7 show, Futbolilits.
He rose to fame when he starred in the boys love (BL) series, Gameboys.
Currently, he appears on “Pepito Manaloto: Ang Unang Kuwento,” portraying the character of Patricio “Patrick” Generoso.
On the other hand, Rhen Escaño is an actress who stars in the comeback movie of ’90s heartthrob Jao Mapa titled, Paraluman.
He once appeared in FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, the longest-running primetime series.
