Bea Alonzo was put on the hot seat when Brenda Mage asked her if she had anything to do over his loss in Miss Q and A.
BRENDA MAGE – The comedian jokingly “confronted” the newest Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo in their guesting on The Boobay And Tekla Show (TBATS) over his loss in Miss Q and A.
Bea and Brenda, who are former Kapamilya stars, appeared on the show as main guest and guest comedian, respectively.
In the said TBATS episode, Brenda briefly changed the conversation that focused on Bea.
Brenda released his alleged “sama ng loob” towards Bea when they were still under ABS-CBN.
Brenda jokingly asked if Bea had anything to do with his loss to “Miss Q and A” two years ago.
“Miss Q and A” is a gay contest on the Kapamilya noontime show It’s Showtime.
Brenda asked: “May tanong lang ako. Maiba naman tayo. Kasi natalo ako dati sa ‘Miss Q and A,’ siya yung isa sa judge, ikaw ba yung nag…?”
Brenda quipped that until now he is yet to move on from his defeat.
Obviously, Bea did not expect the hilarious question of Brenda which prompted her to burst out of laughter.
Brenda rose to fame when he became a grand finalist in Miss Q and A.
The grand finals of the said It’s Showtime segment took place in Araneta Coliseum last February 23, 2019.
Bea Alonzo is one of the judges alongside Charo Santos-Concio, Maymay Entrata, Boy Abunda, Jugs Jugueta, Teddy Corpuz, Karylle, Ricci Rivero, Joel Cruz, Nicole Cordoves, at James Reid.
According to PEP.ph, Mitch Montecarlo Suansane won at the time.
Although Brenda Mage failed to win the title, he was given a break on ABS-CBN including Maalaala Mo Kaya. He was also the sidekick of Jodi Sta. Maria in the teleserye, Ang Sa ‘Yo ay Akin which aired from 2020 until 2021.
