Dani Barretto: “There was no hidden agenda to make him feel like he was being attacked.”
Dani Barretto defended herself against criticism following her recent revelation about her father Kier Legaspi.
Previously, Dani had an interview with Dra. Vicki Belo where they talked about Kier for a while.
The 27-year-old content creator said that she haven’t seen Kier in person for almost seven years.
She said: “I didn’t even have his number. I had to ask for his number sa lola ko, his mom. I called him and we spoke.”
She stressed that she was supposed to meet her father but a pandemic happened.
Some who have watched her interview accused her of attacking her own father.
But in an interview according to PEP.ph, Dani clarified that Kier was not the center of her interview with Vicki Belo. She was just asked about her father, so she only answered it.
She said she had no “hidden agenda” to attack her father.
“I was asked about him, but the interview wasn’t about him. There was no hidden agenda to make him feel like he was being attacked. I have no guilt towards my father,” she said.
