Fire hits Pasig City General Hospital

Pasig City General Hospital was hit by fire around 11:19 in the morning, Wednesday, May 12, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).

Firefighters are still trying to put out the fire that reached the third alarm.

According to BFP, the fire occurred in the second-floor storage room of the hospital.

Administrator Arlene Samonte said that no vaccines have been stored where the fire started.

The Philippine Red Cross rescue teams also arrived at the hospital to provide assistance to firefighters.
