In a report on GMA News Online, Senator Go said that President Duterte was busy with work in Manila, which was contrary to reports that he’s suffering from a mild heart attack.

Senator Go shared photos of him with the President, who seemed to be handling a lot of paperwork, in his Facebook post in order to dispel rumors that President Duterte was experiencing a mild heart condition.

In his Facebook post, Senator Go told those who have bad wishes to the President that they shouldn’t celebrate just yet as President Duterte was busy with work.

Senator Go also said that this wasn’t the time to point fingers but the time to help each other.

Salamat po,” Senator Go said.

According to Tuesday Niu’s report on DZBB, Senator Go dismissed social media posts claiming that President Duterte’s Talk to the People was rescheduled to next week because the President experienced a mild heart attack.

Senator Go said that the post was fake, adding that he’ll take a photo of himself with the President in order to show that President Duterte was in good health.

Earlier, Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said that President Duterte’s weekly public address was rescheduled to next week, following the sudden surge of coronavirus infections.

Senator Go also said that President Duterte’s public address was rescheduled because of the number of coronavirus cases among the Presidential Security Group (PSG) members. The senator also assured that President Duterte didn’t have direct contact with the infected PSG members.

Meanwhile, hashtags #PatayNaBa and #PatayNaSana were among the trending topics on Twitter as of this writing.
