Raffy Tima: “Salamat Kapamilya sa offer na ilaw.”
RAFFY TIMA – The GMA-7 reporter thanked the crew of ABS-CBN for assisting him during media coverage.
He was among the press people covering the recent inauguration of the Quezon Institute Offsite Modular Hospital.
But something happened when he was about to do a coverage of the said inauguration.
Fortunately, the camera and lighting crew of his rival network, ABS-CBN was present at the said event and aid him with the lighting.
He eventually took to the image-sharing site, Instagram, wherein he thanked the crew of the Kapamilya Network.
His post was accompanied by the caption: “Salamat Kapamilya sa offer na ilaw.”
Raffy Tima was among the Kapuso personalities who have been vocal about supporting ABS-CBN amid the network’s battle in 2020 for franchise renewal.
In fact, last July 6, 2020, he shared on IG a photo of ABS-CBN’s satellite tower as his way to show support to fellow journalists.
His post was accompanied by the caption: “Respeto at suporta sa aking mga kapwa mamamahayag. Naway patuloy namin kayong makasama sa pagbabalita.”
Raffy Tima started his career as a reporter of GMA News and Public Affairs in 1998.
At present, he’s an anchor of Gtv’s long-running noontime newscast Balitanghali and 24 Oras.
