In a report on PUSH, rumors started circulating that the actress had been cast to play the mistress in the Philippine adaptation of Doctor Foster following the news that ABS-CBN will produce the said series.

Based on a report, Charlie denied those rumors, saying that she had not received any word regarding the said project.

Actually, wala pa talaga sa akin nasasabi na ganoon. Nagugulat na lang din ako sa mga balitang lumalabas. Pero wala pa talaga,” Charlie said in Star Magic’s virtual conference.
