The former ABS-CBN reporter went to the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office on Wednesday, April 14, to file a case against Ernie Patrick Aquino, ex-Finance and Administrative Head of A. Taberna Foods.

He also filed a lawsuit against the branch manager of the bank whose account was opened by Gualberto Baluyot II after transferring 15.38 million pesos to Ernie Patrick’s personal bank account.

Ka Tunying’s former confidant allegedly said that their business was running smoothly until the commentator found out in November last year that the check issued to him had bounced.

Although he allegedly did not have permission from his company’s board, Aquino opened seven different bank accounts according to an auditing firm he hired to investigate his company’s operations.

Based on Anthony’s statement, everything seems to be planned because Ernie Patrick himself allegedly convinced him to open an account with the said bank for the reason that Gualberto could help.

Anthony Taberna first revealed his experience in an interview on the Magandang Buhay.
